Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Sales tax will be added to all shipments made within the State of New York. Sales tax also applies to shipping charges.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Special orders can be cancelled only within 48 hours of being placed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Special orders are non-returnable. Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging and in unworn condition. Merchandise will be returned pre-paid and insured to janpalmerjewelry.com. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges.

SHIPPING
We ship UPS insured and offer 3 shipping options within the United States: Standard (ground), 2nd Day Air and Overnight Next Day Air, which does not include Saturday delivery. You may inquire about international shipping; however, customs duties vary by country and are the responsibility of you, the recipient. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, and are required by our credit card processors to ship to cards' billing addresses only. Delivery charges are as follows:
